The massage offered during this session is slow, meditative, and nurturing — allowing the nervous system to reset and life-force energy to flow freely.

• Tea ritual and intention setting

• Gentle movement activation

• Meditation practices (eye gazing, dyad process, silent or guided)

• Sound healing with drum or Tibetan bowls

• Heart activation and energy healing

• 60-minute intentional mindful massage

• Prayer and blessing closing circle

Tea Ceremony

A gentle temple encounter centered around presence, tea, and meaningful connection.

This offering is perfect for those who desire a quiet pause from the world — a sacred moment to slow down, share conversation, and reconnect with themselves in a calm and nurturing environment.

Together we sit, share tea, and allow the moment to unfold naturally.

Your Tea Ceremony may include:
